Terms of Use

RED for iOS · effective September 1, 2026

Not medical care

RED provides general first-aid guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for emergency services or a qualified medical professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first. Guidance is generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong for your specific situation; use your own judgment and defer to trained responders.

License

RED is free for personal, non-commercial use. Use in a commercial, occupational, institutional, or governmental setting — including workplace safety programs, professional response, vessels, sites, and fleets — requires a separate license from Red Kit. To ask about one, see redkit.ai/enterprise.

You may not extract, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app's model weights or bundled reference content, and you may not use the app or its outputs to train or evaluate other machine-learning systems.

No warranty

RED is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Red Kit is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
